Custom Print scanning. 4000 ppi to TIFF saved to DVD. Custom scans of B&W or Color photos converting print images to digital images (these could be small paintings as well). Multiple passes are performed on the images to provide the sharpest image detail possible. Photos are individually cropped and spotted as required. Digital ICE is used to help eliminated scratches and dust. Final image may be edited in PhotoShop using layers to make corrections as required. You will receive a digital image that you can further edit using layers in PhotoShop. Image sizes from 3"x5" (or approximate/smaller) to 8"x10".
NOTE:
Best results are provided with glossy (flat) images. Prints on textured paper reduce the quality of the scanned image. Prints on a "silk" type paper provide results that reflect the texture of the paper - which affects the quality of the image.
